My father was initially found to have low hemoglobin levels, and after a series of diagnostic investigations—including endoscopy and histopathological testing—he was diagnosed with a rare type of gastrointestinal condition known as a Neuroendocrine Tumor (NET), a slow-growing neoplasm originating from the gut.

Naturally, we were very concerned, but Dr. Santhosh took the time to explain the condition thoroughly, which gave us immense clarity and reassurance. Further evaluations confirmed that the lesion was localized and had not spread beyond the gastrointestinal tract.

Dr. Santhosh performed a highly advanced, minimally invasive endoscopic procedure known as EFTR (Endoscopic Full-Thickness Resection) to completely remove the lesion. Remarkably, I later learned that this technique had rarely been performed outside of Bangalore, and this may have been one of the first such successful procedures in the region.

The entire procedure was non-surgical and painless. Within 12 hours, my father was able to resume oral intake, and he was discharged the very next day—something that would not have been possible with conventional surgical intervention.

This review I'm putting after 1 year getting treatment with Dr.Santhosh sir .
I was suffering From gastric ulcer from past 3 years taken endoscopy more than five times with multiple hospital I was facing same issue after consulting many doctors.
